Shop items have a 7 day full return policy if item is unused and in full - sealed packaging.

Payment accepted by cash, major credit and debit cards and Afterpay.

Payment via card will have a 0.6% service charge applied. - Cash or Pay ID do not have a fee applied.

A deposit will be taken with your booking to hold your appointment - this is redeemed at the time of your consultation.
In the unlikely event that you have a full consultation and script and decide to postpone treatment, your deposit is redeemed to cover this cost.

Cosmetic Nurse Sally works in conjunction with Fresh Clinics. Fresh clinics is a professional partnership where the doctors consult is only a call away. Fresh Clinics is all about straightforward compliance and continuous support.
You can be sure that Sally as a Fresh nurse and partner has expert training, guidance and support. Medicine is supplied from Fresh ;and strictly stored and audited according to State laws.
An annual scripting fee is $25

Post care you will receive an email from Sally and Fresh with full details of your treatment, Sallys contact details, your scripting doctors contact details, aftercare advice and what to expect after your treatment. Another way Sally and Fresh are here to support you during and after your treatment.
